AH! I can hardly believe this dream is coming true! The blog where I can share my life as a Crochet Designer and Mom (as well as FREE PATTERNS) is LIVE! But, where are my manners! Introductions are in order!

Hi, I’m Naomi, the Crochet Designer and Business Owner behind Snugglebug Crochet. I'm also the Photographer, Social Media Manager, Chief Problem Solver, Royal Snack Maker... you get the idea.

My crochet journey started in 2019 when I learned to make the cutest little crocheted sensory balls for my 6 month old- whom we refer to around here as Big Brother Snugglebug.

Fast forward to 2020 and things started to pick up steam. While the world shut down, I kept busy with my yarn and hooks, designing new products and filling orders. Jump to now and life looks a little different…

We now have two amazing, brilliant boys (Little Brother Snugglebug was born in 2021) and they keep me on my toes, that's for sure! But I'm still happily crocheting away with a head full of new design ideas and a smile on my face.

Creating crochet patterns came naturally to me. I have all these ideas, why not share them? So my first pattern, the Roadtrip Bandana, was born!

I love to create pieces that bring me joy. So, while I love a good crocheted dishcloth, you won’t find a pattern for it here (unless it has a fancy border or some fun colorwork!). From wearables, to toys, to heirloom pieces- that’s my jam. If it makes me smile, it gets written down and will (eventually) be made into a pattern for you!
